After Sales Manager

Mission

1. Responsible for the local after-sales service network management of mobile phones and ecosystem products;
2. Establish local after-sales service specifications and process standards, and organize the implementation;
3. Respond quickly to customers’ requests for after-sales service and solve problems timely;
4. Responsible for organizing and undertaking local after-sales service projects;
5. Coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.

PROFIL

1. Bachelor Degree is required, telecom or electronics; min 4 years in after sales department
2. Fluent in French and English, Chinese language skill is a plus;
3. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools;
4. Excellent communication skills in person, written, over telephone and email;
5. Good technical knowledge;
