Automotive product manager

Mission

Working with the sales team (Key Account Managers and Business Developers) to identify the required product ranges for a particular product line, region by region around the world.
Follow the Pricing strategy (purchasing and selling prices) in line with the strategy defined by the organization
Creating and managing a cross reference data base to competitor product and OE applications using accurate sourcing of information
Managing and maintaining the part numbers within the data bases such as Tecdoc and Laximo
Resolution of technical enquiries, product to product “like2like”
examination working closely with the Supplier Quality Development team
Management of the part numbering system
Generate and maintain a reporting tool using available CRM and ERP tools
Ensure the documentation for training and the technical information regarding the concerned products to the Commercial Team and within the
internal Academy program
Coordination and Cooperation with DRIVE+ Sales and Distribution centers
Coordination with the Corporate Communication Direction for Communication, Promotions and Marketing supports

PROFIL

Mechanical bachelor or master’s degree
5 years of working experience in product engineering / automotive engineering industry or aftermarket is a must
Experience of using automotive databases such as Tecdoc or Laximo
Involved in logistics and purchasing.
Fluent English and French. German and Chinese are a plus
