Cyber Solutions Account Manager

Mission

Customer Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 

Develop positive relationships with clients

Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs and requests

Respond to the customers’ queries in a timely manner

Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers 

 

Business development:

Generate new business in line with strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks

Support the Marketing Team in external communication

Participate to external events

 

Sales administration:

Take care of good registration and encoding within CRM

Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectives

Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

 

Security 

Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules and procedures

Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts

Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information

PROFIL

Dutch C2

French B2 or C1

English B2

Bachelor’s degree

At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity.
