Mission
Develop and implement electronic manufacturing and electronic systems assembly lines and manufacturing processes, including both electronic and mechanical aspects of these assembly lines and processes
Implement and monitor operation of both automated and non-automated production line systems
Develop and monitor automated Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) processes to maintain quality standards and increase yields during PCBA production
Test new and existing production procedures
Analyse failure trends and resolve process-related defects to sustain overall manufacturing line efficiency and conformance to quality standards
PROFIL
University Graduate / Engineering Diploma (Mechanical Engineering, mechatronics or Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
At least 3 years of working experience in related function from an electronics manufacturing service (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing environment.
Mastery of electronic fabrication processes and electronic testing techniques and procedures;
Mastery of mechanical tool design, assembly jig design and electronic fabrication methods;
Good project management ability
Commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards
Ability to design and implement PCBA manufacturing processes, productivity improvements and cost reduction strategies;
Experience in design, process, test or product engineering;
Background in SPC, Time & Motion Study and Six Sigma is an advantage;
Fluent in French & English
