Mission
This position is responsible for managing a group of Manufacturing Engineers, designers, and programmers in order to support and create new process, manufacturing lines, and new products.
Production management: Overseeing production flows, optimising industrial processes and monitoring continuous improvement projects.
Technical support: Collaborating with process engineering and application teams on high-precision components (clamping systems and bearings).
PROFIL
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
5 years experience as a manufacturing engineering manager
10 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
Fluent in 2 languages – French & English.
A deep understanding of LEAN principals and history of implementation
Hands on experience operating and programming CNC lathes, Mills, and grinders
