MISSION
This position is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing. The duties will include overseeing current CNC machines and processes, development new work cells and processes. This person will assist in selecting machinery, assisting in the designing of fixturing/tooling, writing/approving CNC programs, and selection of new equipment.
PROFIL
5 years experience as a manufacturing engineer
10 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
A deep understanding of LEAN principals and history of implementation
Hands on involvement in all aspects of manufacturing projects
Equipment and tooling selection/purchase
Manufacturing line layout
Proven ability to lead teams from various technical backgrounds
Team working, open minded, good communication skills
Hands on experience operating and programming CNC lathes, Mills, and grinders
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
