Salesforce Developer

Mission

Identify customer request management processes and implement them in the CRM tool by designing the right architecture
Set up the appropriate automations within the CRM tool (workflows, process builder, APEX, Visual Force…) as well as through external tools
Develop lightning components and create related technical documentation
Perform maintenance of the company’s CRM management system, and ensure data quality
Answer questions and issues company employees encounter with Salesforce
Manage and maintain applications connected to the CRM tool

PROFIL

You have a first experience (at least 3 years) on Salesforce (preferably Lightning)
You come from a training course in
software engineering (Bachelor minimum)
You must have knowledge of Apex/VisualForce and Lightning components.
You have knowledge of Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML languages.
Native French, you must have a current level of english allows you to communicate in writing and orally
