Site Manager

Mission

The Site Manager reports to the Contract Manager (maintenance responsible). They coordinate and supervise the work of internal technicians and/or service providers within the allocated budget, ensuring safety procedures and instructions are followed. They are responsible for organizing and executing work to meet technical (KPIs) and economic objectives, managing site activity plans, budgets, and team performance, and supporting continuous optimization and profitability. They also conduct regular meetings, monitor activity indicators, manage conflicts, and ensure safety and internal rules compliance.

PROFIL

Master or master II with experience in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations (10 years).

Experience within automotive industry mandatory

Fluent Italian and English

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources

Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
