Supplier Quality Engineer / Customer Quality Service

Mission

Establish/apply a robust set of supplier performance metrics to determine/validate supplier capability. Collaborate to define quality assurance testing criteria for all incoming components and assemblies

Work with and supervise a quality team remotely located people in Asia in the Assembly Plant.

Track Supplier’s quality performance and conduct testing, audits and site visits and take appropriate actions to ensure quality goals are achieved. Actively participate in the root cause analysis of customer complaints and drive the supplier corrective action including cost recovery

Work with Intercompany quality managers to implement a detailed supplier quality policy and procedure manual consistent with the IATF 16949 system (existing certification)

Manage Quality claims and Quality requests as a Customer Service for EOM and Tier1.

Collaborate for Product Management Data for the Company ERP

PROFIL

Advanced technician / Engineer with interest in quality process (BSc, MSc or equivalent) VDA 6.3 – 6.5 Auditor Certification is a plus

2-3 years of experience in similar role

Capacity to handle strong relationship with our Suppliers in Europe and rest of the World for a successful long-term business.

Autonomy to travel in Europe and to travel in Asia with local Company colleagues.

Skills in spoken and written English.

French and/or German native language
