MISSION

Take full responsibility for the Poland entity’s finance, tax, banking and treasury management, establish the local finance management system, and serve as the key finance liaison between China Headquarters and the Poland operations team.
  • Full-Scope Finance: Accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, expenses and business analysis.
  • Tax Compliance: Poland tax filings, VAT/CIT/WHT, tax inspections, risk assessment and compliance.
  • Banking & Treasury: Bank accounts, payments, cash management, fund allocation and cross-border transactions.
  • Trade Finance: Import/export accounting, AR/AP, cost and profit analysis, and business data analysis.
  • HQ Coordination: Implement Group finance policies and provide financial support to the Poland business and management team.

PROFIL

Currently based in Poland with strong knowledge of the local business and financial environment.
Chinese + Polish + English fluent with ideally Chinese-heritage.
Strong hands-on experience in Poland accounting, taxation, banking and treasury.
Able to independently manage the full finance function of an overseas entity.
Experience in international trade, import/export or finance management for Chinese companies overseas is preferred.
Polish permanent residency, long-term residence or valid work authorization preferred.
Manufacturing experience is not mandatory.
